The organization of the building is determined by the views of the extraordinary Tyrolean mountain landscape and the Achensee. Access and views are strategically arranged to provide a diverse audience with the best possible service.

An indoor pool zone and a sauna area – supplemented by the office wing of the tourism association – form the core of the ensemble. The users are also offered a fitness area, boulder/climbing room, a seasonal ice skating rink and the outdoor swimming pool in summer.

While the indoor pool area is located on the ground floor, creating a seamless transition to the outdoor swimming pool, the sauna area is located upstairs and on the roof. In particular, the rooftop sauna landscape provides spectacular views of the surrounding nature.
